Your Impact

In this role no two days will look the same, as you take the lead ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and on-time, resolving unexpected challenges to deliver positive outcomes for our network of customers.

From liaising with our logistics team, customers and third-party providers, this is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration support including following up internal and external logistics complaints, coordinating special customer delivers and managing requests from the Central Customer Delivery team
• Generating of purchase requests, goods receipt vendor invoices and reconciliation work
• Ensuring all SAP order, delivery and shipment transactions are correct and on time
• Analysis and review of internal transport reports

About You

You’ll have experience in a transport, planning or customer support/administrative role and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes. With that in hand, you’ll also need to be a true team player with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.

• Experience using SAP or SAP WMS as well as MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
• An understanding of warehouse operations activities and project work is also desirable but not essential
• A certificate IV in logistics or other related business discipline is preferred but not essential
