Your Impact

 

 

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital product development to support Asahi’s brand and trade campaigns, promotions, and activations. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our consumer-facing platforms, including brand and merchandise sites, while also working alongside our internal Design & Development team who develop ongoing digital platforms.

 

 

In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with key teams across Brand, Trade, 1House, Group Digital, and our Agency Partners to define the strategic direction of our digital products, identify brand opportunities, and ensure a seamless consumer experience. You'll play an essential part in mapping out requirements and working alongside cross-functional squads to prioritise tasks and manage team sprints effectively.

 

 

A key aspect of this role will involve leading the development of our in-house On-Premise consumer app, where alongside total Product Ownership, you will manage product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. You will also prioritise tasks and provide senior leadership with regular updates at the General Management level.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Collaborate with Brand, Trade, 1House, and product teams on campaign/product ideation and delivery
  • Brief creative teams and agencies to support campaign development
  • Map consumer journeys for event activations and leverage behaviour models such as gamification
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns with consumer focused strategies
  • Manage prioritisation and integration of tasks into sprint planning with Digital Product teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and showcases to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Track KPIs and support agile processes for continuous optimisation
  • Lead ROI-driven digital product optimisation and report project milestones to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead Digital Product Owners team, managing the development and review of digital products produced by the team and agency ecosystem

 

 

About you:

 

 

  • Previous experience in digital product management
  • Strong understanding of digital product management and agile frameworks
  • Consumer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of marketing funnels
  • Experience innovating processes and systems for better efficiency
  • Problem solver with a big-picture mindset and attention to detail
  • Creative, business-minded, and able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience with consumer-facing applications, with any experience in FMCG, or on premise venues  highly regarded
  • Experience in digital marketing high desired
  • Understanding of UI, UX or Web Development desired
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a results-driven, collaborative approach
  • People leadership experience and ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams highly preferred
  • Commercial Business or Marketing degree highly advantageous
