Your Impact

We have multiple opportunities for Process Technicians to grow our Albury team! Our manufacturing operations team are responsible for operating equipment and providing ongoing maintenance support ensuring machinery is operating efficiently. You could work on our production lines, or in our plastics division which provides recycled pre-forms for bottling a variety of our iconic beverages.

We pride ourselves in our safety culture, and our teams ability to work together with support and enthusiasm, whilst they operate machinery, conduct preventative maintenance work, provide break down assistance, and assist colleagues in maintaining our high safety and quality standards.

Our manufacturing operations teams work on a 24/7 rotating roster of day & night 12-hour shifts. This roster supports work-life balance, allowing for a solid consecutive break within your scheduled rotation - 7 days off in a row!

 

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong mechanical aptitude acquired through either a trades qualification or a personal hobby/interest. If you are eager to learn, possess the ability to problem-solve independently, and actively prioritise safety, we encourage you to apply.

This is a diverse role acting as a machine operator in addition to a skilled maintenance team. To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Trade or degree qualifications in electrical, mechanical or food processing related disciplines
  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry 
  • Experience in a diverse role involving operational and maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to use your initiative to investigate machine issues
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • A strong safety mindset, with commitment to adhering to safe operating procedures and PPE requirements

 

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Drive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.
  • Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.
  • Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.
  • Perform asset management activities on production line.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.
  • Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meet our high-quality standards.
