At Asahi Beverages, we’re reimagining how our business applications drive value. We’re looking for a business consultant who can bridge the gap between HR, Finance, and Technology — someone who can own and optimise our business systems to deliver ongoing business impact.

This role is not about operational support. It’s about partnering with the business to shape system strategy, drive value, and ensure seamless integration. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will lead initiatives such as the payroll migration to SuccessFactors, oversee vendor relationships, and drive system improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business lead for business applications, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
• Drive the transition of payroll into SuccessFactors, ensuring a smooth implementation.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into system capabilities.
• Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring accountability and value delivery.
• Lead governance and continuous improvement, ensuring systems remain fit for purpose.
• Provide strategic oversight on future technology investments in HR and Finance applications.

About You

• With 8-10 years of experience in Business Systems management and at least 5 years leading complex initiatives, you bring a wealth of experience in driving strategic outcomes.
• Ideally, your expertise is from FMCG or a similar industry, where you’ve successfully led key HR & Finance projects, shaped system strategies, and delivered impactful results.
• Deep experience in SuccessFactors and business finance applications (SAP Finance preferred).
• A business-first mindset, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Strong vendor management experience, ensuring partners deliver value.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale system changes and business transformation.
• Technical acumen—you understand system integration and architecture but focus on business outcomes.
• A track record of leading enterprise applications in a complex organisation.
