Your Impact
We have multiple opportunities for a Process Technician to join our team. You will work with our manufacturing operations team in our Wulkaraka facility, working with a high-speed production line equipped with the latest technology, providing technical and maintenance expertise to ensure machinery is operating efficiently whilst operating the equipment at the same time, producing our world-class beverages. This includes machine operating, conducting preventative maintenance, break down assistance, coaching and guiding your colleagues maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
Please note: This position involves 12-hour shift work on both days and nights across a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.
- Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.
- Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
- Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.
- Perform asset management activities on production line.
- Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.
- Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meet our high-quality standards.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to problem solve. If you are eager to learn, and actively prioritize safety, we encourage you to apply. Highly regarded applicants may also possess the following:
- Machine operator experience in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments beneficial
- The ability to work in a diverse role involving operational and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to use your initiative to investigate machine issues
- Strong time management skills to juggle competing priorities
- Great communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency using computerized systems and applications such as MS Office
