Your Impact 

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager and with responsibility for both Abbotsford & Laverton sites, this role will provide the opportunity to create, lead and manage the Short Term Production Planning across CUB/CUBPB network.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create and manage tactical production schedules for both packing lines and brewhouses across operational sites
• Leadership and development of 3 Planning Schedulers across Packaging and Brewing
• Liaise with key stakeholders to translate the macro weekly production plan into an end-to-end, optimised finite schedule.
• Assist in facilitating the communication process across IBP cycle to support the creation and execution of the near-term plan.
• Understand, interpret and manage the issues that arise to ensure customer commitments are maintained.
• Provide development plans, guidance and support for your team to develop a high performance, self-motivated and enthusiastic culture.
• Develop team members to effectively communicate across business functions to improve collaboration and accountability
• Reporting and monitoring of key KPIs, including liaising with relevant teams, with the intention of working together to achieve targets
• Support role in key projects, providing assistance in implementation, reporting and operational activities.
• Act as an internal educator on supply planning issues, you will provide coaching with the team and stakeholders to build relationships and drive change.

About You

Your resume will clearly demonstrate prior experience and responsibility for planning, brewing or production across a multi-site operation, ideally in a FMCG environment

In addition, you will possess:

• Ideally Tertiary qualifications – Logistics / Business Degree or appropriate, proven experience
• Membership of APICS or equivalent
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a focus on collaborative effort
• Experience with ERP (SAP), INFOR, Manugistics preferred
