Your Impact
The Sales Capability Coordinator plays a critical enabling role within the Sales Capability team, supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of capability initiatives that uplift performance and build a culture of continuous improvement across the sales organisation.
As the primary support to the Senior Manager, Sales Capability, this role ensures the smooth execution of capability programs, manages key processes and communications, and collaborates with cross-functional partners including Sales, Learning & Development, and People & Culture.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated coordinator to play a hands-on role in shaping how capability frameworks are embedded and experienced across the business.
Key Accountabilities:

Coordinate planning, scheduling & delivery of sales capability programs.

Support comms & logistics with Sales Leaders & L&D to drive engagement.

Manage capability tools, resources & documentation with L&D support.

Track program outcomes & assist in reporting insights and improvements.

Handle team admin incl. calendars, meetings, and budget tracking.
About you

Solid experience in coordination, L&D, sales support, or HR/project roles

Strong organisational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills & a proactive, collaborative mindset

High attention to detail across documentation, scheduling & reporting

Confident using Microsoft Office; exposure to CRM or LMS platforms a bonus

Self-motivated team player who can work autonomously when needed
