Key Responsibilities 

This 12-15 month program provides a technical journey in Engineering, working alongside industry experts at Welshpool in WA. 

  • In-depth technical learning – work closely with site leaders, gain hands-on experience, and complete three rotations across Supply Chain with some sales exposure for the first six months designed to build breadth of business understanding (brand to product to customer) and depth of technical skills. 

In the next six-nine months, you will blend your expertise and deepen your skills in Engineering to ensure the best fit. 

  • Networking & exposure – engage with managers, colleagues, and fellow graduates across departments, building valuable relationships and career connections. 

  • Professional development –  build skills in leadership and general business operations e.g. business acumen, stakeholder engagement; projects, and ongoing learning to equip you with the expertise needed to excel in the FMCG industry

Eligiblity 

  • Australian/NZ Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents 

  • Graduates (within the last 2 years) or final-year students in: 

        Engineering – Chemical, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics & Mechatronics Engineering.
