The Senior Manager, Sales Capability, plays a critical leadership role in shaping the strategic direction of sales capability across the business. This role is accountable for developing the frameworks, standards, and tools that underpin a high-performing sales organisation - lifting capability, driving consistency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

While this role owns the design and evolution of the sales capability framework, the delivery and facilitation of learning content will be executed in close partnership with the Learning & Development team. This ensures consistency in learning experiences while allowing this role to focus on performance enablement, behavioural uplift, and commercial impact.

Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional partners, the Senior Manager ensures that our sales teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and insights to drive sustainable commercial growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the sales capability strategy aligned to business goals & customer needs

• Design frameworks & tools that enable sales excellence and career growth

• Drive behavioural uplift through coaching, toolkits & performance rituals

• Use CRM data & feedback to measure impact and optimise programs

• Partner with Sales Leaders & L&D to embed capability across the business

About you:

• Extensive experience in sales, commercial or capability roles, including leadership

• Proven in designing & delivering sales capability frameworks & coaching programs

• Strong commercial acumen & understanding of sales processes and GTM models

• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing & L&D teams

• Confident using CRM & data to diagnose gaps and drive performance outcomes

• Exceptional communicator with strong decision-making & stakeholder skills
