Your Impact

As UX Designer you will lead the design for our B2B Customer Portal, built on SAP Commerce Cloud’s Composable Storefront, with integrations to SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ERP and Salesforce. You will have a strong background in UX design, with focus on B2B environments. You will assess current digital experiences, design future solutions, and drive the evolution of our B2B Customer Portal as part of our strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the site map and UX, conduct user research, create user personas, and design user journey maps across the site capabilities.
• Lead design improvements based on feedback and evidence-based decision-making. Work alongside development and analytics teams to bring designs to life
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, prioritise, and document requirements. Ensure designs align with desired outcomes and meet release criteria
• Continuously improve platform functionality and user experience. Recommend and implement systems for tracking, measuring, and reporting UX/UI metrics to enhance performance
• Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver outcomes
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement

About you:

• Strong experience designing B2B Customer portals with ecommerce and service capabilities, with knowledge of best practices and trends
• Proven experience with headless architecture, Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud integrations and/or SAP Commerce Cloud integrations
• Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and pain points, ideally in FMCG.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, able to present design decisions to senior leadership
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and meeting deadlines with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and managing design constraints
