We are seeking a driven and commercially-minded Brand Partnership Manager – Alcohol to take ownership of key third-party brand relationships.

 

 

You will play a vital role between Asahi and our partners – including Carlsberg and ABI – ensuring strong collaboration and growth, alignment of strategic business plans, achievement of goals and objectives, and exceptional service delivery. About the Role

 

 

  • Manage Carlsberg and ABI partnerships with full ownership of performance monitoring, financial administration, reporting, and invoicing
  • Joint development and execution of strategic business plans, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across key partner activities.
  • Oversee investment fund administration, with potential to support non-alcoholic partnerships (PepsiCo, Sunkist, Red Bull) in similar financial and performance management capacities.
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external partners to ensure aligned execution of commercial plans
  • Foster trusted, value-driven partnerships by meeting service level expectations and ensuring partner brands are effectively represented and supported.

 

 

About You

 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related
  • Experience in sales, brand, or category management within a high-volume consumer goods environment high regarded
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven ability to analyse data, compile reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives, with solid planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence both internal teams and external partners to ensure best-practice partnership management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating insights and proposals to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business tools, with a proactive, energetic approach and a commitment to delivering results.
