Your Impact
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our financial operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the annual sales budget process, profit and cash flow forecasting, and lead critical performance analysis and reporting efforts.
In this role, you’ll lead the demand planning process for Independents, oversee weekly calls, and manage balance sheet reconciliation. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting claims management, discretionary investment strategies, and process improvements.

3 month fixed term contract role
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting.
- Provide support in annual sales budget process and monthly forecasting processes
- Support demand planning process for Independents.
- Lead weekly call process for Independents.
- Support discretionary investment strategy and optimisation
- Perform deep dive performance analyses.
About you:
- Experience as a senior analyst or finance manager
- Ability to manage broad and diverse internal stakeholder groups
- High level of commercial acumen, analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Experience in an FMCG or retail environment preferred
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- CPA/CA qualification preferred
