Your Impact

 

 

You will be largely responsible for ensuring fulfilment of Business Agreement Service Levels, Business KPI delivery, enhanced business user and customer experience, and driving the continuous improvement of services in the Business Agreements process area. Management of both onshore and offshore shared services activities, business agreement contracting (drafting / execution) and execution of contractual terms (prepayments, loans, rebates) will be key accountabilities of the role.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Support delivery of the Commercial Services strategy through execution of the roadmap
  • Deliver against the Pricing Services Operational framework which considers all processes relating to business agreement management
  • Deliver against onshore and offshore SLAs, business KPIs and compliance requirements
  • Support delivery of the roadmap for Commercial Services process management, continuity and improvement, aligned to overall Business Services E2E process management, continuity and improvement strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve business user and customer experience and minimise performance impacts during service transition periods
  • Provide input into the development, communication, engagement and deployment of the overall Commercial Services roadmap to support all sub-functions, Business Units, Regions and Functions and alignment with strategic objectives for growth with organisational initiatives.
  • Provide support to clearly understand problems to solve and enable a best in class business solutions environment fully aligned to required business and organisational outcomes.

 

 

About you

 

 

 

  • Previous experience in Business Agreements management and/or similar commercial function
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Word
  • Experience in Salesforce highly regarded
  • Experience in continuous improvement framework (eg Six Sigma, Lean) desirable
  • Strong service and process background with experience of business change
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualified preferred
