Your Impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Services, you will have responsibility for maximising business productivity and driving efficiency and effectiveness in the Credit Services process across, Onshore & Offshore Business Services Management, Credit Management and Collections, Customer Invoicing and Credit Risk Management.


The opportunity:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure adherence to the strategy and roadmap across Credit Services, delivering against onshore and offshore SLA’s, KPI’s and compliance
  • Provide advice and guidance around mitigation action in case of non-fulfillment of service provider agreements
  • Deliver against operational framework and all processes relating to Credit Services, ensuring adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements
  • Support delivery of the roadmap for Commercial Services process management, continuity & improvement, aligned to overall Business Services E2E strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve business user and customer experience and minimize performance impacts during service transition periods
  • Provide input into the development, communication, engagement, and deployment of the overall Commercial Services roadmap to support all sub-functions, Business Units, Regions and align with strategic objectives for growth
  • Lead, manage and support your team, ensuring adherence to the yearly people cycle including performance reviews, development plans, talent review and succession management
  •  Develop and maintain people, processes, and technologies to ensure quality and cost effective solutions in a highly leveraged/outsourced model
  • Understand and translate business priorities and direction to provide advice and guidance into credit services operational excellence solutions


About You

You are passionate about and confident to deliver, an enhanced business user and an exceptional customer experience, whilst driving continuous improvement in the Credit Services Process arena.  Your experience will demonstrate solid vendor governance within a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will possess:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification (preferred) with experience working within a Continuous Improvement framework (Six Sigma / Lean)
  • Proven experience in managing and leading Credit Services, or a relevant commercial function
  • Ability and experience in leading high performing teams, ideally across multi-regional or multi business units
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes via 3rd party Business Process Outsourcing partnerships
  • A strong strategic and business mindset coupled with superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business
