Your Impact

Reporting to our Manager, Automation within Group Digital & Disruption, the Business Process Analyst is a key role in the enablement of maximised business productivity and driving improved overall efficiency and effectiveness of business services and end-to-end processes through Service Optimisation, Automation, and Integration.

As someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a process to identify tangible and strategic solutions to create efficiencies, you will partner with multiple business units for the optimization of business services delivered by on-shore, offshore, and automated locations.

Your key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to process discovery & mapping, service location planning, standardisation & expansion of business services scope, automation, efficiency realization and E2E process improvement across all major processes.


About You

  • Tertiary qualified preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in service delivery management and/or experience in relevant business functions
  • Continuous improvement framework (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable
  • An accomplished team member with a passion for excellence and ensuring the efficient use of process, people and technology are enablers of business performance
  • You love a puzzle and identifying solutions for optimal performance
  • Strong process management background with experience of business change and driving both process and systems improvements – solid understanding and experience in Business Process
  • Experience with Power Apps, QPA’s and RPA’s highly desirable 
  • Proven record with relationship management of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Solid vendor governance and service improvement skills
