Your Impact


During an exciting time of change and growth, a 12-month contract opportunity for an IT Transition Manager has become available. This role is accountable for the planning, reporting, coordination and governing the transition of the CUB IT Applications & Services into the CUB IT BAU environment.


This critical role will see you own the transition to support framework from an operational perspective and is responsible for coordinating the IT BAU and Project teams to ensure that a ‘fit for purpose’ transition is conducted for all projects under the IT Migration Program.


You will Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders, and

collaborate and partner with all members of the cross functional transformation teams.



Key responsibilities


  • Support activities to achieve delivery of the IT Migration Program, ensuring that targets and objectives are delivered within the agreed timelines
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive and track activities, compliance issues, mitigate risks and track dependencies
  • Report to the IT Program Managers on the workstream status including progress of activities, milestones and escalation of risks
  • Own the transition to support framework from an operational perspective and ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
  • Plan and oversee the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions
  • Work with the ITMO to build end-to-end project plan and approach for Transition & support including infrastructure & application support models including budgets, risk, issues, and status reports
  • Liaise with business and IT stakeholders on release scheduling and communication of progress



About You                               


  • Previous experience in a Senior Project Manager role
  • Extensive experience in business and IT to enable effective decision making
  • Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry highly advantageous
  • Understanding of program management methodologies and practices
  • Proven ability in supporting successful PMOs and demonstrated history of contributing alongside senior executives to ensure robust project planning, progress reporting, and process governance on mission critical IT programs and projects
  • Proven ability to drive processes in Risk Management, Reporting, Facilitation of Review Meetings, Cost Estimates and Scheduling, Vendor & Resource management, Project Planning & Progress, and associated Governance
