Your Impact 

Reporting to the Senior Manager for ESG and commencing on the 6th of January 2025, the Group Sustainability Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high standard of project management support and reporting, to facilitate the execution of Asahi Beverages Oceania’s Sustainability strategy. 

 

You will take ownership of our community partnerships program including managing key external relationships and promoting the program, supporting internal and external communication and reporting on our sustainability strategy and progress, and oversee sustainability projects as required. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement and continuously improve our community partnerships program, inclusive of community partnership management, employee volunteering, matched giving and grants administration. 
  • Develop and implement community partnerships campaign/s in collaboration with our Commercial and Brand teams. 
  • Collaborate with sustainability program leads to maintain up to date and accurate records of program delivery.  
  • Develop and deliver a regular calendar of internal and external communications to highlight our sustainability progress and achievements, including the preparation of our annual regional sustainability report 
  • Provide project management coordination in support of Asahi Beverages compliance with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards. 
  • Manage projects as directed to achieve own and team objectives, and to implement the Asahi Beverages regional sustainability strategy. 

 

 

About You 

We are seeking an individual that is highly organised and skilful in effectively communicating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing community partnerships and a sustainability background are highly desirable.  

 

  • Project management and administration experience within a large-scale, matrixed organisation. 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives. 
  • Experience working with external partners.  
  • Corporate communications and reporting experience.  
  • Sustainability reporting exposure is desirable but not essential.
