Your Impact 

As the Senior Test Manager in Group Digital at Asahi Oceania, you will lead the development and implementation of robust testing best practices and standards across the enterprise. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive testing initiatives, ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions through comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and automation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide testinag standards and best practices. 

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine testing strategies. 

• Lead and mentor teams of Test Managers, Analysts, and offshore teams. 

• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and schedules. 

• Drive test automation and enhance coverage of critical applications. 

• Manage end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and reporting. 

• Act as the primary contact for enterprise-level testing, engaging with leaders, vendors, and partners. 

• Communicate test strategies and results to ensure transparency and alignment. 

• Identify and mitigate testing risks, resolving issues proactively. 

About You 

You are a strategic leader with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. You bring: 

• 15-20 years of experience in software testing with 5-10+ years in a senior leadership role. 

• Expertise in test automation tools and program testing methodologies. 

• Proven experience managing complex testing projects and offshore teams. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably within FMCG.
