Your Impact

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator with strong administration skills to join our team! This permanent opportunity will allow you to exercise full autonomy in overseeing the coordination and success of our Wetherill Park warehouse. This position encompasses a range of duties to ensure that our Field Service team is equipped with the necessary equipment and stock to complete their work on time and in full.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conducting warehouse operations such as receiving and dispatching spare parts and equipment.
  • Overseeing inventory and managing the ordering, movement and storage of all equipment and parts to ensure that stock is available at optimal levels.
  • Ensuring the thorough inspection of equipment on arrival for any damages.
  • Accurately updating relevant systems and ensuring thorough documentation and record keeping.
  • Undertaking minor refurbishment activities ensuring equipment is maintained to Asahi standards.
  • Ensure all recycling and waste management procedures are followed in accordance with national policies.
  • Supporting the service managers with equipment audits, warehouse checks and maintaining the relevant equipment and gas registers.
  • Collaborating with the field service team to foster a workspace that promotes safety and operational efficiency.

 

About You

 

You are an approachable team-player that thrives in high-pressure environments. Whether you're an experienced inventory coordinator or wanting to step up into the role, we'd love to hear from you if you possess the following:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar Warehousing role.
  • Experience with both operational and administrative tasks highly regarded.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A self-starter that holds themselves and others to account.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong computer skills including the use of the Microsoft Office suite with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • A current Forklift License.
