Are you a strategic finance leader ready to drive innovation and commercial growth in one of Australia’s most dynamic beverage companies? Asahi Beverages is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Partnerships & Disruption to play a pivotal role as a trusted business advisor, supporting strategic initiatives and forging strong commercial partnerships.

 

 

You will partner closely with the Head of Finance – Growth, and the Commercial Director – Category, RGM & Partnerships, to deliver financial leadership that drives performance, optimises ROI, and aligns with Asahi’s strategic goals.

 

 

You’ll lead the end-to-end financial management of disruptive innovation and 3-way commercial partnerships, applying sharp analytics, enterprise thinking, and compelling storytelling to influence decisions and elevate commercial outcomes.

 

 

This is a 12-month fixed term contract

 

 

About the Role

 

 

  • Act as a strategic finance partner by delivering timely, accurate financial, commercial and strategic analysis and actionable insights.
  • Challenge and support investment, innovation, and partnership decisions to maximise returns and mitigate risk.
  • Manage core financial processes including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to enable effective resource allocation and growth.

 

 

About You

 

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, with CA/CPA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior commercial finance or business partnering roles with full P&L ownership
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of financial principles, value drivers, and ROI optimisation
  • Proven ability to operate strategically and influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments (FMCG/Retail preferred)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity and drive business performance
