Your Impact

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in resolving technical and engineering issues within the manufacturing business unit. You will support manufacturing reliability efforts, lead root cause analysis for equipment failures, and drive continuous improvement activities. With a focus on long-term asset performance, this role helps ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operations across the site.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise direct reports and collaborate with the Manufacturing Coordinator and Planner to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead root cause analysis on critical equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance is executed to standard and assist in developing detailed PM strategies.
  • Support operators through effective maintenance practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with budget tracking, KPI delivery, and ensure accurate record-keeping in SAP.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and permit-to-work processes to maintain safety and compliance.

 

 

About You

You’re a hands-on and mechanically minded professional with a solid trade background and experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You bring a proactive approach to reliability and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on safety, systems, and team performance.

 

  • Mechanical or electrical trade qualification (mechanical focus preferred)
  • Experience supervising maintenance teams and supporting frontline operations
  • Skilled in using SAP for maintenance planning and record-keeping
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical understanding of preventive maintenance
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver on KPIs
