Your Impact:
Asahi Beverages is on a mission to create a safe, thriving and engaged workplace and training plays a central role in making that happen. This role is hands-on and task-oriented — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, managing data and keeping things organised behind the scenes. At the same time, we’re after someone who brings a creative touch, takes pride in getting the details right and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure training runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact.
Your focus will be on building strong foundations - from scheduling and attendance tracking to compliance reporting and continuous improvement. By integrating robust systems and insightful data, you’ll help ensure our learning experiences are well-coordinated, easy to access and consistently effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule centrally managed ESW training programs across multiple sites and teams
- Track attendance, monitor completion rates and generate reports using SuccessFactors and Excel
- Pull learning data from various systems and create dashboards using Power BI to highlight trends and training gaps
- Upload and assign e-learning modules in SuccessFactors and manage compliance tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the deployment of new and existing training programs
- Support content creation for internal learning pages, participant resources and visual guides
About You:
- You have strong administrative experience and a high attention to detail, particularly when working with data
- You’re confident using SuccessFactors or similar Learning Management Systems to track and manage learning records
- You have strong Excel skills, including experience with v-lookups, pivot tables and managing large datasets
- You can build insightful dashboards using Power BI to help visualise participation, identify training gaps and continuously improve how training is deployed across the business
- You’re highly organised with the ability to prioritise, follow up and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You’re collaborative and enjoy partnering with teams across different business units to support shared outcomes
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused and genuinely care about helping people learn, grow and stay safe at work
Most importantly, this role is pivotal in helping ensure that Asahi employees go home safe and well to their loved ones every day — a purpose that truly matters. There are also opportunities to develop your skillset in creating learning content if you wish, making this a great stepping stone for someone eager to grow in the learning and development space. Join us and help make a real difference every day.
