Your Impact

This exciting 12-month maternity cover role offers the opportunity to report to the National Transport & Customer Logistics Manager. As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics queries & issue operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience across ABNZ and TBDC. This role involves end-to-end coordination, problem-solving, and collaboration with key stakeholders to optimise efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve logistics-related customer complaints, returns, and claims.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and processes.
• Manage reporting to help drive improvements and delivery coordination, to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement with customers, commercial teams, and third-party logistics providers.

About you

We are looking for a detail-orientated individual with a strong background in customer support, transport planning or administrative roles. You will be someone that thrives in fast-paced environments, have excellent problem-solving skills and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.   

• Exposure to Transport Planning, Customer Support, or Administrative roles within a medium to large organization
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively
