Your Impact
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Huntingwood facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing raw material supply, inventory, and distribution functions to ensure our production targets are met while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing the receival and dispatch of raw materials to meet strict timelines and delivery schedules, ensuring materials are available on time and in full to support seamless production flow and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and adherence of the weekly production plan.
- Manage raw materials and outbound goods, including supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and cycle counting.
- Oversee SAP system updates and inventory integrity to ensure accurate raw material records.
- Work effectively with internal and external business partners, including logistics, transport teams, material suppliers, and warehousing.
- Implement standardised manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and quality standards are met.
- Motivate, lead, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including performance appraisals, administration, training, and employee engagement.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and material flow.
- Manage compliance activities (HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, internal & external requirements).
- Drive the business safety agenda, striving for a Zero Accident Mindset (Target Zero).
About You
- Proven experience in raw material planning and/or warehousing within an FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of raw material and inventory management processes.
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to engage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to optimise material flow.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO certification, and LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with SAP, Knox and Microsoft Office applications beneficial.
- Engineering, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related tertiary qualification highly regarded.
