We are looking for a ‘go-getter’ Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our National Field Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be the face of our beer and RTD portfolio in the Sunshine Coast region. This role enables you to take active ownership of this territory, driving brand presence and sales with predominately on-premise customers.  Working with our iconic brands, you will be responsible for the growth across Carlton Dry, Great Northern VB along with Vodka Cruiser, and many more!

 

 

Your key accountabilities will be:

 

 

  • The planning and execution of sales and marketing activities
  • Building customer relationships
  • Joint business planning
  • Execution in trade
  • Delivering on category growth 
  • Working with on-premise customers

 

 

Success in this role will see you utilising your positive attitude and friendly nature in building robust and valuable working relationships all the while owning and going above and beyond to drive results in the region.   And to help set you up we will provide you with all the tools of the trade including a vehicle, phone and laptop.

  • Previous experience in a field sales role within FMCG

  • Ability to work both independently but also contribute to building a strong team environment
  • Talent for thinking outside the box to deliver over & above our customer's expectations
  • Valid driver's licence
