Your Impact

 

The State Support Coordinator is responsible for enabling our Commercial, Non -Alcohol state teams by providing support services where required. You will deliver effective, timely and up to date information to your stakeholders and act as key support for sales teams in SA and NT.

 

This is a fixed-term, Part time opportunity for approx. 6 months. Your working day will be 4 hours per day, Monday through to Friday

 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Provides support/services to Commercial Non-Alcohol teams including preparation of internal and external presentations, taking of meeting minutes, preparation and distribution of meeting agendas as requested and informed
  • Contributes to process improvement initiatives
  • Supports the inbound/outbound mail process
  • Proactively manages meeting room bookings
  • Administers new starters, leavers & movers process and coordinates new starter system set-up and orientation as requested
  • Makes travel bookings including flights, accommodation and hire car arrangements
  • Conference invites and RSVP’s, sourcing venues, prep meeting materials, catering, technology requirements and onsite coordination for Grocery & OTG conferences

 

About you

 

  • Accounts Payable experience highly advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Solid SAP experience
  • Strong problem solving
  • Strong time management
