We have an opportunity for a National Account Executive (NAE) to join our BWS account Team (part of the broader, award-winning Endeavour Group team) supporting our beer portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the NAM to deliver profit and revenue targets in the key strategic customer account, BWS. You will be responsible for the management of a range of supporting functions including but not limited to Demand Forecasting, trade spend administration, promotional program optimisation, facilitating range review & new line acceptance, monitoring competitor performance and management of supply chain communication direct to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage and influence with the customer to align targets and customer promotional programs for mutual growth.
- Prioritise & administer promotional investment.
- Support and implement the joint business planning cycle with Endeavour Group.
- Support the delivery & execution of account strategy and individual customer objectives.
- Monitor business performance and return on investment including shared post-evaluation of investment activities as a platform for continuous learning and improvement.
- Build constructive long-term relationships with customers by understanding their key business drivers & requirements.
- Support regular customer engagement via business reviews and annual planning to support CUB goals.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has ambitions to grow their career within the sales team, you have a commercial mindset and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts. This role is also suitable to candidates with a financial background wanting to transition into sales. - Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts.
- Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach.
- Strategic account planning ability.
- Revenue planning demonstrating advanced financial literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in excel.
- Experienced negotiator able to plan negotiations and close out sales and contractual agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – including developing and delivering high-quality, articulate formal and informal presentations.
