Your Impact

As Installation Coordinator, based in Port Adelaide, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient preparation and installation of fountain dispense and ancillary equipment throughout SA, WA and NT. This role spans metropolitan and regional areas, supporting the Installation Manager in executing equipment installations and refurbishments to bolster sales initiatives across the Asahi Group. This is a great opportunity to be known for process improvements and shaping a newly designed role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates and gather feedback.
  • Manage installation status reports and ensure adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Supervise third-party contractors to guarantee compliance with installation standards.
  • Lead SETS installation projects, managing costs within allocated budgets.
  • Resolve installation challenges promptly and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of installation progress and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Contribute and lead process improvement initiatives.

About You

This role will require someone who is capable, driven, and able to taken ownership in a unique role. In addition to your tenacity, ability to learn, and continuous improvement mindset, you must possess the following:

  • Experience in project management, coordinating multiple trades, in either construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in installation and maintenance practices (a trade qualification would be highly regarded, but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at making swift, sound decisions.
  • A collaborative approach, capable of fostering relationships with stakeholders at all levels to achieve collective goals.
