Your Impact

The Master Data Lead will be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, leadership and coordination of master data management and related service activities.

 

You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver services which include but are not limited to Master Data creation, maintenance and lifecycle management, Master Data Quality, Master Data Governance & Reporting, and E2E process improvement in Master Data Management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide input into the Master Data Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of business outcomes in defined Master Data Service process activities
  • Resolve escalated issues related to Master Data Services operational matters
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve overall business user experience and minimise performance impacts during service transition and/or change implementation periods
  • Create a ‘one team’ approach whilst supporting a diverse group of in-house team members, outsource partners and contractors

 

 

About You

We are looking for a Master Data Services professional that is experienced in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. An individual that possesses strong analytical skills to assess data, determine root causes and design and implement improvement action plans.

 

  • Experience in Master Data Services
  • SAP knowledge is essential and MS Dynamics experience is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working effectively with offshore teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
