Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

The Payroll System Specialist is responsible for providing specialist payroll advice and support on HRIS systems, reporting, and reviewing business improvements. This will include scoping options, project management of new systems and driving the change management process.  You will also ensure compliance with legislative changes and keep up to date with best practice and the needs of the Asahi Group.

 

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for maintaining system compliance and reporting for payroll and end users.

  • Lead the execution of support for Payroll System administration and on going maintenance across Asahi.
  • Deliver related SLAs, business KPIs and compliance requirements
  • Ownership in ensuring adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements
  • Help ensure the payroll systems are operating at optimal levels of efficiency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve overall business user experience and minimize performance impacts during service transition periods.

Specifically you will have;

  • Demonstrated Chris21 system administrator experience in large organisations in a variety of industries is essential
  • A strong customer focused mindset, with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer requirements in an effective, timely and customer orientated manner essential
  • Project Management skills
  • Collaborative/ team worker - ability to work collaboratively with others and as part of a team essential
  • Initiative – demonstrates initiative, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to anticipate issues and work proactively to resolve these
