Revenue Planning Manager

Your Impact

Reporting into Senior Revenue Manager, CUB, this role will provide specialist pricing and revenue management support across Sales and Marketing to drive profitable revenue management growth. Key activities include system implementation, process change, forward planning, analysis of revenue drivers (volume, price, mix) and issues and provide proactive recommendations to address performance gaps. Your data-based recommendations will ensure best in class execution in the market, for our business and for our consumers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to lead revenue and margin optimisation (across price, volume and mix)
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis on key price performance issues including recommendations
  • Drive promotional optimisation activities including promotion strategy, monthly and quarterly promo planning/review and KAM capability
  • Deep dive analysis on key performance issues – on volume, share, mix, price performance
  • Share key revenue management learning’s with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide training and tools to enable KAMs, NAMS and Commercial finance teams to more effectively manage revenue (plans and execution).

About You

You are financially astute, strategically savvy, know how to build rapport across the business, and thrive off being able to identify a gap in the market and recommend tangible solutions. You also have:

  • Experience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and teach others
  • Strong and demonstrable influencing skills at senior organizational levels and working cross functionally
  • Highly skilled in fact-based insights
  • Strong analytical skills and development of insights and recommendations for action
  • High degree of accountability and follow through
