We are passionate about attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for Asahi Beverages. This position will see you partner with our awesome Supply Chain function across Australia, where you will largely support high volume recruitment of blue-collar positions. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in working with our boarder HR team to roll-out various strategic initiatives and projects.

The recent acquisition of Carlton United Breweries by Asahi Beverages has formed the leading beverage portfolio in Australia. You’ll get to work with an incredible array of alcohol and non-alcohol brands which bring families and friends together in their everyday lives. You will contribute to the overall success and positive image of Asahi Beverages through providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

 Other key responsibilities include

  • Partner with the business to understand talent needs now & for the future
  • High volume recruitment of blue-collar roles
  • Create recruitment campaigns to generate talent pools
  • Talent Acquisition projects such as EVP and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Deliver quality, efficient, and effective recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and internal customer expectations
  • Maintain your position as the main point of contact for candidates from initial offer stage through to on-boarding
  • Effective management and maintenance of recruitment documentation and employment contract offers

About you

This is not your average recruitment role. Working at Asahi Beverages will give you the opportunity to think outside the square and you’ll be challenged. But we like to have fun!

To be successful in this role you will also:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a commercial, business, HR or related discipline
  • Previously managed the recruitment of high-volume blue-collar positions  
  • Strong track record and proven end to end recruitment experience within an RPO organisation or internal recruitment model
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable influencing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner with the ability to manage approximately 25 positions at any given time is important
  • Solid experience in developing strategic sourcing solutions, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and building proactive talent pipelines is essential
  • Strong relationship management and strategic partnering skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in times of significant change
