Your Impact:

 

Located in our Parnell Office, the CRM Manager is responsible for the complete content management of the Asahi Beverages Sales tools including the Customer Sales Portal, Field Sales iPad, CRM and ABNZ Corporate Website. Your role will be to strategically improve, evolve and manage these systems as the role acts as the subject matter expert for the agreed Commercial systems/Apps and drives strategic system solutions, systems maintenance, support and advice to the Commercial business and other units.

 

 

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Administrator and act as SME for CRM, iOS app, Customer Portal and other sales systems
  • Manage user access as required - create new users, configure and reset passwords
  • Maintain data integrity
  • Provide ongoing support and training to field teams and customers
  • Support the adoption strategy to gain a minimum of 85% of all ABNZ On Premise and Traditional customers ordering from the customer portal regularly by the end of 2021
  • Analyse customer and sales data and make recommendations to improve user experience
  •      Creation and maintenance of reports to support ABNZ senior leaders
  • Be the business representative in CAB – (Change Authorisation Board) for any system changes and developments.
  • Work with supply chain business partners on the roll out of the Warehouse Management System and its interdependences with Dynamics AX.
  • Maintain System performance by performing system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning
  • Work with Strategic Business Partners and wider IT on system developments and maintenance.     
  • Produce and deliver user training (internal and external)

Sound like you so far? Other pieces of the puzzle we’re looking for include:

 

  • Prior Experience administrating and developing digital platforms
  • Existing knowledge of Dynamics AX highly beneficial
  • People management and coaching experience
  • Advanced in MS Excel software program
  • Advanced MS Word capabilities and process mapping
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM, ERP & App systems to complete changes & maintenance
  • Solid analytical ability to manage and interpret large amounts of data to make informed decisions
  • Well-developed engagement ability. Engage key internal stakeholders throughout the Commercial, Marketing, other units, I.T functions and external customers.
  • Influencing and negotiating ability to align stakeholders and customers to agreed actions
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems or similar
  • Experience in a FMCG CRM role highly advantageous
