Your Impact 


A brand new and exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to drive the eCommerce strategy. 

Reporting into the General Manager of Grocery, you will be responsible for implementing the customer strategy for key e-Commerce customers and execute business growth plans across our Asahi Lifestyle (non-alc portfolio) grocery channels.

This role will drive the digital agenda and will play a critical part in developing an innovative sales platform for the Asahi Lifestyle business.


Other key responsibilities include;

  • Ownership of the P&L for Amazon business integrating into wider customer teams as a key supplier into Amazon platforms
  • Creating partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
  • Leading the evaluation of new eCommerce opportunities in retail partners building credible specific online Joint Business Plan
  • Understanding the online shopper and collaborate with the category development team to inform the strategy
  • Partnering with our current National Account Managers who manage Coles, Woolworths, and independent grocery customers to ensure planning and events seamlessly translate online.
  • Bring your digital and eCommerce expertise to build a stronger digital capability across the sales team and overall business.
  • Stay up to date on market and shopper trends, particularly ecommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities.


About You


You’re a forward-thinking and collaborative individual who is experienced in the eCommerce space. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in working with online platforms, ideally with Amazon retail or similar sales platforms in the e-retail space
  • Digital trading experience, understanding all the commercial levers to drive performance (Range, Price, Experience, Marketing)
  • A high-level financial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the capability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • A positive, driven, and winning mindset
  • Fluency in data analytics and data-driven mindset
