We're looking for a Senior Manager - Process Engineer to lead the development and delivery of a decarbonisation roadmap within our supply chain. This pivotal role will focus on implementing sustainable engineering initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, enhance supply chain efficiency, and support our climate goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement decarbonisation strategies for the supply chain, identifying emission reduction opportunities and tracking progress.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements that align with sustainability goals.
- Integrate sustainable engineering practices into supply chain operations, with a focus on energy, waste, and resource efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance operational sustainability.
- Collaborate with global ESG teams, sustainability leads, and industry partners to align strategies and share best practices.
- Support circular ventures by driving value through co-products and waste reduction initiatives.
About You
You are a results-driven engineer with a strong passion for sustainability and a solid background in process engineering or supply chain. You're experienced in implementing sustainability strategies, working cross-functionally, and driving innovation across complex systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
- Strong experience in process engineering, sustainability, or supply chain roles within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to implement sustainability initiatives and decarbonisation strategies in complex environments.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement across various levels and functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
