Your Impact
Join Asahi Beverages as an Electrical Maintenance Technician, ensuring the reliability, safety, and peak performance of our Huntingwood facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising equipment, swiftly resolving electrical issues, and driving efficiency to exceed production targets. As a vital part of our Maintenance Team, your expertise will contribute to a proactive maintenance culture while reducing production costs through effective workload management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the plant and all machinery/equipment is working to 100% to maximise throughput and efficiency.
- Take ownership of the Electrical Maintenance Program for your designated area, ensuring the efficiency of preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Leverage your specialised knowledge to continually enhance process capability within the plant, driving efficiencies and optimising performance.
- Execute scheduled electrical maintenance tasks, promptly address breakdowns, and actively participate in maintenance events to bolster equipment reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced problem-solving, proactively tackling challenges to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintaining a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management system.
- Regularly inspect machines and ensuring we are upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

- Trade-qualified Electrician with strong electrical maintenance experience.
- Skilled in PLC & SCADA fault-finding and troubleshooting.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing, including HMI, Lock Out & Tag Out.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to support team development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to maintenance.
