We’re on the lookout for a committed and reliable individual to be the face of The Better Drink Co. out in the market in Nelson. Our merchandisers play a pivotal role in making sure our brands are available for consumers to purchase and enjoy responsibly. This role is essential for driving executional excellence in Grocery stores throughout Nelson. The role is key to supporting our TBDC Area Sales Managers and our customers.

Part time role, Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 16 hours a week. 

You will play a key role in maintaining the professional presentation and availability of TBDC products in stores. You will be responsible for managing store compliance with promotional activities, assisting with new product launches, and ensuring high standards in product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Area Sales Manager to ensure shelf standards are maintained. 
• Oversee stock levels, product rotation, and display execution.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and other TBDC team members.
• Comply with safety practices and report any hazards or incidents.
• Collaborate with other representatives and merchandisers as needed.

About You

You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, possess strong initiative and a proactive approach to your work. Being planned and organised is key to success in this role, so you’ll need to be able to identify your priorities and plan out how you’ll deliver on them.

• Excel at building rapport and to learn new processes quickly.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Current driver’s license and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong customer focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
