The purpose of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to develop and manage the quality systems and culture within the manufacturing business unit and focusing on the implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives to affect the greater plant performance while driving output. You will be a natural influencer with the ability to lead the quality and food safety agenda ensuring compliance to all regulatory, customer and company requirements.
Our Renmark team is close-knit and highly skilled, ensuring you will have ample and enthusiastic support from experienced mentors.
Key responsibilities
- Management of our Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs across the facility
- Training of personnel in Quality, Hygiene and GMP responsibilities
- Fulfilling the subject matter expert role in problem solving session which relate to quality issues
- Analysing quality information, auditing quality control systems and benchmarking our quality performance
- Investigate, report and implement corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints
- Providing advice, support and information to ensure effective delivery of our quality KPI’s
- Monitor the inputs and outputs within the manufacturing process to ensure process capability and conformance to national specifications
- Support site internal audit and external audit programs by maintaining compliance to site, national and customer requirements related to hygiene, sanitation and microbiological compliance
