Your Impact

 

 

You will support the Finance, Legal and Digital teams in the delivery of their commercial and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for finance support for benefit tracking across the Digital function, as well as support for Indirect costs owned by the Group CFO / CIO / Chief Counsel respectively.

 

 

You will provide strong business partnering enabling critical strategic and operational decision-making, during a time of transformation for the Asahi Group.

 

 

You will deliver financial insights to drive optimum financial performance, value creation and achieve financial targets (both short, medium and long-term). You will work proactively and collaboratively ensuring accuracy of reporting and compliance to Group Finance governance and risk policies.

 

 

This is a part time 12-month fixed term contract

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Provide strategic financial advisory and analysis to senior leadership teams (CFO, CIO, Chief Counsel) to support achievement of short term and strategic outcomes
  • Proactively develop constructive working relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively to achieve mutually acceptable business outcomes.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MTP submissions, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Develop financial business cases for capital and restructuring requests
  • Drive cost control initiatives and continuous process improvements
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with governance policies
  • Collaborate across functions to support the delivery of strategic objectives and financial targets

 

 

 About You

 

 

  • CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in finance business partnering / manage role
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive financial performance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in large corporate environments and business change management
  • Highly numerate, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences
  • FMCG sector experience highly regarded
