Your Impact

This is an exciting opportunity for an Artwork Compliance Specialist to join our team based in Southbank. Reporting into the Senior Artwork Compliance Specialist, you will lead and support the timely flow of approvals for packaging artwork from design conception through to production. This position is at the heart of ensuring that all packaging, labelling artwork comply with industry regulations, company standards, and legal requirements.

This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work on a variety of products, from updating existing packaging to developing new innovations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage packaging artwork projects, ensuring adherence to the Food Standards FSANZ and the internal Styleguides. Ensure deadlines are met, from draft artwork to final supplier proof approval.
  • Work closely with our Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Supply Chain departments to ensure governance of artwork compliance to regulatory and technical standards 
  • Work, and foster positive relationships with external stakeholders such as Design Agencies, Print Suppliers, and other service providers
  • Maintain internal databases and management systems consistently and accurately (systems we use include Monday and Page Proof)

 

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you are as diligent as you are energised to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Whether you come from Marketing, Manufacturing, Printing, or a Design background, you could be a great fit with the following skills and qualities:

  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, or experience with a high volume of SKUs, would be highly regarded)
  • Experience with artwork approval processes (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of Design, Packaging, and Printing principles, processes and terminology (highly regarded)
  • Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders
  • Computer literacy, with strong competency in learning new systems
  • You are curious and a problem solver!
