Your Impact
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Raw Materials Officer to join us at our Wulkuraka site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of raw materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Picking stock in line with daily KPIs
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Completing raw materials stock take
- Identify and report on any stock-related issues
- Ensure materials are stored correctly in the warehouse
- Maintaining inventory systems accurately
- Loading & unloading deliveries
- Operating a 5-Tonne Forklift & Pallet Runner
- Adhere to safe work practices and priorities safety above all else
- Covering team leave requirements
About You
To be successful, you'll require a valid forklift license and forklift driving experience in addition to the following:
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehousing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle a number of competing priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Safety focused, and committed to all safety processes, policies and PPE requirements
- Experience with RF Scanning
- Strong computer literacy (especially with Microsoft systems, inc. Excel)
- Qualifications in Warehousing or Logistics would be highly regarded
