Drive the strategy and execution of our Hybris B2B eCommerce platform, aligning it with Asahi’s growth ambitions. You’ll combine a deep understanding of B2B customer needs with Hybris platform capabilities to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your expertise will ensure our platform continually evolves to meet business objectives, offering seamless solutions for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Hybris B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of a recommendation engine, prioritising enhancements that improve user experience and drive revenue.
  • Serve as the product owner for Hybris, overseeing product development, backlog management, and continuous platform optimisation.
  • Manage and deliver complex projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to align design with user experience and data strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to address customer pain points, driving alignment between commercial goals and user needs.

 

About You

 

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP APO/IBP or similar solutions.
  • Must have proven expertise in managing Hybris B2B implementations with a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and their unique challenges.
  • Certified in Project Management or Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and working within Site Reliability Engineering frameworks.
  • Strong track record in defining, launching, and managing products, aligning product roadmaps with business goals.
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding complex systems with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in identifying improvement opportunities, managing project progress, and driving solutions for complex challenges.
