Your Impact

 

 

You will support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Indirect Spend Optimisation program. You will manage communications, change plans and stakeholder engagement across the program. You will lead routines and provide support on guidelines, operations and governance over the Procurement & Sustainability Group function. You will deliver value initiatives and drive key cost reductions and innovations to make Asahi Beverages purchasing more competitive.

 

 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

 

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to drive purchasing best practice and ensure requestors are purchasing within Indirect Spend Optimisation guardrails.
  • Proposing continuous improvement opportunity in systems/process related to the Procurement sourcing/purchasing process
  • Develop key decision criteria to ensure the best outcome for purchase requisitions including increased transparency on purchasing behaviour
  • Support the implementation of Indirect Spend Budgeting process providing clear purchasing guidelines and driving purchasing compliance across business
  • Ensure tracking and monitoring of category spend and trajectory including volume and value of transactions across each category and function.
  • Lead/Support detailed analysis of procurement data to identify spending patterns, trends, and opportunities for cost savings.

Support end-to-end delivery of identified opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.

 

 

About you:

 

 

  • Previous experience in an analytical role
  • Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deal with conflicting agendas
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement programs
  • Commercial / financial literacy
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office including Power BI, SAP, data visualisation tools
  • Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
