Your Impact

 

Asahi is seeking a truly exceptional commercial professional to lead the Integrated Business Planning and Capital Management processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance (FPA & IBP), you will partner with the business divisions to proactively ensure key issues are identified and resolved, to support delivery of financial and non-financial targets. You will drive the maturity of the processes, collaborating with key stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams, to implement key initiatives. You will provide ongoing coaching and support to IBP leads across Asahi Beverages Group, to drive change and performance management accountability. You will also lead the Capital Management process to ensure best practice capital investment governance processes and decision making for Oceania.

 

Key responsibilities

 

• Leadership of the Capital Management & IBP processes
• Coaching and mentoring IBP leads & project owners, across the business
• Proactively identify business issues & implement solutions
• Fostering a culture of financial transparency and accountability
• Implement organisational efficiency projects and drive capability uplift for business & financial acumen
• Making recommendations to the Investment Review Board and working with project owners on the prioritisation of capital spend, in line with strategic plan
• Encouraging all stakeholders to contribute to the implementation of process optimisations to improve our competitive advantage

 

About You

 

• Extensive experience in senior Integrated Business Planning and capital management roles, ideally in FMCG, beverages or retail industry
• Outstanding communication, influencing and engagement skills, with a strong ability to ‘pitch your case’ and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent business and financial acumen, with a well-developed ability to understand complex concepts and simplify them for others
• Strength in dealing with ambiguity and complex problem solving
• Demonstrated experience in change management
