Your Impact

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner with Carlton & United Breweries, you'll be at the heart of ensuring optimal inventory levels for Coles Liquor Group. Reporting directly to the Customer Logistics Manager – CUB, you will be the key interface between Supply Chain and Coles Liquor Group to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position, working flexibly from our Southbank HQ, WHF, and working from your clients' office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the replenishment function for Coles Liquor Group, including placing orders & monitoring automated orders generated by the system
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets
  • Review promotional & baseline demand forecasts 
  • Conducting root cause analysis in relation to out of stock items / delivery variances
  • Managing inbound and outbound DIFOT KPI’s
  • Key conduit externally and internal between commercial sales, supply chain and customer and managing these relationships
  • Problem solve for any unexpected challenges

  • Prior experience in FMCG, working with large retailers in a similar role
  • Customer focused mindset with an affinity for building trusted partnerships
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles
  • Well-honed problem-solving abilities, coupled with an innate curiosity to dig deeper into data
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously, and as part of a high performing team
  • Systems savvy, including solid excel skills
  • SAP/RELEX experience would be highly regarded
  • A Qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics would be beneficial, but not essential
