Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Raw Materials Coordinator to join us at our Huntingwood site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of raw materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Ordering of raw materials from suppliers to meet manufacturing production plans.
  • Timely escalation of material supply risks impacting the site to internal stakeholders and National Raw Materials team.
  • Maintaining systems to ensure SAP ordering and inventory integrity.
  • Planning and management of the raw materials to minimize obsolescence.
  • Liaise with suppliers to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of supplying materials.

 

About You

  • Ideally experience within FMCG or similar fast paced manufacturing industry.
  • SAP knowledge and experience (MRP systems regarded highly).
  • Sound Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in MRP planning concepts .
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication, and prioritization skills.
