Your Impact:

 

As a Group Digital PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of build projects for Asahi Beverages, driving them to completion on time and within budget. You'll work closely with the Group Digital PMO & Delivery Manager to implement and uphold PMO methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your interventions will be critical in addressing project stress and deviations from business case parameters, safeguarding the achievement of project, IT, and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Governance: Lead the charge in promoting consistent adoption and implementation of PMO methodologies across all projects. Collaborate with the wider team to align project governance models, conduct audits for compliance, and maintain PMO standards. Drive compliance within Group Digital projects and ensure accurate maintenance of data in PMO tools.

Risk Management: Support risk mitigation by ensuring projects communicate  IT and digital risks effectively to the business, ensuring projects run smoothly and maintaining secure system architecture. Additionally, you act as the liaison between IT and the business, coordinating Business Continuity Planning efforts and managing incidents to ensure business continuity.

Continuous Improvement: Partner with PMO staff to refine processes, reports, and standards, ensuring ongoing enhancement of project management capability. Keep stakeholders informed of process changes, and provide support and guidance on methodology usage.

Support: Serve as the go-to resource for Delivery Tower Leads and Project Managers, offering guidance on governance, risk, standards, and reporting. Facilitate onboarding and induction of Delivery resources into Asahi, coordinate issue resolution, and provide assistance during project initiation, closure, and Post Implementation Reviews.

Status Reporting: Ensure availability of reporting tools and dashboards for Project Managers, and coordinate all reporting requirements for the Group Digital PMO & Delivery Manager. Capture and report key performance indicators for portfolio health, dependencies, issues, risks, and financials.

 

About You:

As a successful candidate for this role, you will possess:

 

  • Tertiary qualification and at least 3-5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst.
  • Strong project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask with both a technical aptitude and strong commercial applications.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Good business and IT acumen, with a strong understanding of industry digital trends.
