Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Manager – Club Connect, focusing on the community sporting club landscape! We're seeking a passionate individual to lead our marketing efforts focusing on authentic connections and nurturing business relationships within the community sports environment, resulting in organic sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with community sports clubs to encourage adoption of Club Connect services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with community sporting leagues and associations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Club Connect at community events and engagements.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.

 

About You:

As a successful candidate for this role, you will possess:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of sales and marketing experience, with a focus on community engagement preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture organic sales growth through effectively representing and promoting the brand within the community.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Passion for community sports and a genuine interest in making a positive impact.
  • A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a supportive work environment and inspiring others to excel.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
