Please note, this position will initially be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a high-performing testing team through effective leadership, mentoring, and performance management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, risk assessments, and test cases to ensure complete test coverage.
• Oversee test execution, analyse results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Accountable for test data management, reporting, and documentation. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the implementation of test automation and stay current with industry trends to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, communicate testing progress effectively, and contribute to the release decision-making process

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred). ISTQB or similar certifications desirable.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Test Manager, with 5-7+ years managing testing teams, ideally within FMCG and Manufacturing industries.
• Experience in Test Management within SAP landscape highly preferred.
• Expertise in Quality Centre testing module within Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Azure DevOps is preferred
• Proven expertise in automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Demonstrated high level of curiosity with exceptional questioning techniques to thoroughly understand and address testing challenges
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise instructional aids, ensuring ease of understanding and implementation
• Proven leadership and project management skills, capable of guiding teams to successful project completion
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development cycles, enabling effective planning and execution of test strategies (e.g., JSOX).
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, adept at collaborating within Group Digital and across various business units.
