Your Impact


Located in our Tullamarine Sales Office. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the National sales teams. Your role will be to strategically improve, evolve and manage Commercial Non–Alcohol systems. The role acts as the subject matter expert for the agreed Commercial systems/Apps and drives strategic system solutions, systems maintenance, support and advice to the Commercial business and other units.


Other key responsibilities include:


  • Cloud for Customer (C4C) Field enhancements, support, product catalogue coordination, field planning
  • Customer Portal enhancements and Support
  • Device and hardware coordination
  • Application maintenance, builds and vendor relationships 
  • Survey Gizmo updates
  • Swish App maintenance and builds
  • WW Empower App and user maintenance
  • One-Drive/SharePoint platform (intranet)and site maintenance and coordination
  • Maintain & ensure data integrity of CRM’s and Apps  
  • Coaching/training coordination
  • Process, documentation & framework builds
  • Managing project scope, scheduling and UAT for all future ‘phases’
  • Conduit between Sales & Marketing, other units and I.T. & I.S


About You

With a strong ability to analyse complex data, juggle priorities and wear multiple hats in your role, you’ll also enjoy a position that offers variety and where you can make an impact.

Sound like you so far? Other pieces of the puzzle we’re looking for include:

  • Advanced in MS Excel software program
  • Advanced MS Word capabilities and process mapping
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM, ERP & App systems to complete changes & maintenance
  • Solid analytical ability to manage and interpret large amounts of data to make informed decisions
  • Well-developed engagement ability. Engage key internal stakeholders throughout the Commercial, Marketing, other units, I.T functions and external customers. Influencing and negotiating ability to align stakeholders and customers to agreed actions
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems or similar
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a FMCG CRM leadership role
